David brings more than 35 years of experience in senior living to his role at MorningStar. He is known for his hands-on leadership style, collaborative approach, and commitment to supporting both residents, team members, and families. He believes that great senior living starts with a strong community culture—one where residents feel valued, team members feel supported, and families have confidence in the services provided to their loved ones.

Mari brings more than 15 years of property management and sales background to her role as Director of Community Relations, with a heart for helping people find a place that truly feels like home. She loves getting to know seniors and their families, hearing their stories, and being a trusted guide as they step into an important and exciting new chapter. For Mari, the most meaningful part of her work is the relationships.

Ernesse discovered a passion for cooking at just 14 years old, later refining his craft through formal culinary training and six years in Florida’s luxury hotel restaurants. Now with over a decade in the food and beverage industry, he brings his heart to the kitchen at MorningStar of Kirkland—crafting soul-warming meals that nourish, delight, and honor the lives of those he serves. For Ernesse, every dish is an act of servant leadership, and the joy he feels in seeing residents smile is matched only by the deep fulfillment of being part of a faith-driven mission that truly puts people first.
